Sticky Notes gives all of it one bright, simple board, on your phone and your laptop, that you can share with the people you live with.
Most of us aren’t short of places to write things down. We’re short of one place we actually go back to. Notes apps fill up, paper gets lost, and the important things end up living in your head, taking up room you need for everything else.
Sticky Notes is a board of colourful notes that opens like an app on your phone and your computer. Jot something down in a couple of taps, give it a colour, and find it again later with search, dates and colour filters. Your notes sync across your devices, so the list you start on the sofa is waiting on your laptop in the morning.
So much of the mental load is carrying things for other people, so you can share notes with up to five people. The shopping list, the school bits, the half-term plans: one note you can all see and all change.

What it does
- Notes that look and feel like real sticky notes, in 22 colours and four fonts, including a handwritten marker
- Folders that look like old manila files, in any colour and with their own icon, and folders inside folders
- Checklists, bullet points, numbered lists and headings
- Type @today to add the date, or / to add a link
- Search, plus date, colour and folder filters, so the right note is quick to find
- Sort by most recently updated, oldest, A to Z, colour or your own order
- Drag notes anywhere on your laptop, or tap Tidy to line them all up
- Drag a note onto a folder to file it
- Pin the important ones to the top, and archive the ones you’ve finished with
- Share a note, or a whole folder, with up to five people. Changes show up for everyone straight away, and each of you can put it wherever you like on your own board
- This app does not run on AI.
