This isn’t about becoming a different person. It’s about getting honest about how you currently spend your time, what’s quietly shaping your identity as a result, and what small shifts would help you spend more of it on what actually matters to you. The Time Pie framework is the anchor here, a way of looking at your time that includes unpaid work, lost time, and the parts that most productivity advice pretends don’t exist.

It’s the first of the four foundational units, and it sets the tone for everything else.

Anyone who feels like they’re doing a lot but not quite the right things. People who know what they want but keep not making space for it. Anyone carrying old stories about being disorganised, not a morning person, not disciplined enough, who suspects those stories might be doing more damage than they’ve realised.

You’ll look at your time pie, work out where your attention is actually going versus where you want it to go, and explore what mindset shifts might need to happen before any system will stick.
