Daily Rhythms & Routines Pack

Want to make life’s everyday tasks easier? Vitamins? Check. Water? Check. Laundry on? Check. Your days probably have more rhythm in them than you think. This unit helps you make it intentional.

A day that feels chaotic and a day that feels manageable often aren’t that different on paper. The difference is usually having a loose shape to return to when things go sideways, something that holds the things that need to happen and makes room for the things you actually want to do.

This unit is about understanding your natural daily rhythms, when your energy is highest, what already anchors your day, and how to build around those things rather than fight them. It covers the thinking and the framework, including a snapshot of the Time Buckets method. If you want the full Time Buckets system, templates, app and GPT, that’s available as a separate pack.

Most people don’t need a rigid schedule. They need a flexible structure that holds the things that need to happen and makes room for the things they actually want to do. The difference between a day that feels chaotic and a day that feels manageable is usually less about time and more about having a loose shape to return to when things go sideways.

Who this is for

Anyone who feels like their day disappears without a clear sense of where it went. People who want to do things more consistently but keep not getting around to them. Anyone who has tried rigid routines and abandoned them within a fortnight.

Especially useful if you’re neurodivergent, have caring responsibilities, or get interrupted constantly. Because scheduling ‘deep work’ and ‘habit stacking’ often don’t work for us.

What you’ll cover

How to identify the natural rhythms already in your day and build around them. How to work out what needs to happen daily, what you want to happen daily, and where the two currently clash. Why most daily routine advice doesn’t work for people with full lives, and what to do instead.

What’s included

  • A full video training (around 30 minutes)
  • A framework for mapping your natural rhythms and energy patterns
  • Simple list templates for morning, afternoon and evening routines
  • Printable daily rhythm templates in various formats
  • A snapshot introduction to the Time Buckets method

Ready to give your day a shape that you can return to? Reduce decision fatigue, and get through the day with more ease.

You don’t need to overhaul everything. Start with a piece of paper and two questions: what needs to happen daily, and what do you want to happen daily? This unit takes you from there.

Add it to your Steady Hub bundle and save, or pick it up on its own and get started today.
