Sustainable productivity resources for real life
From endless lists & good intentions to actually getting things done.
Sustainable productivity tools, templates and trainings for ambitious people who are overloaded with responsibilities.
You know you don’t have to earn rest, but you still need to eat, the mess is making your eye twitch, and there’s so much going on in your head you don’t know whether you’re coming or going.
So what are you actually meant to do? Practically speaking.
Most productivity advice ignores the reality of caring responsibilities, a full household, and a brain that doesn’t just get three hours to switch off for deep work.
It tells you to optimise harder, when what you actually need is to think about it differently.
To think about how all the parts of your life interact and how a small change in one can impact another. How the friction you’re feeling isn’t a character flaw, it’s information. It’s telling you something isn’t working, and asking for a creative solution. A solution that works whether you’re navigating a neurodivergent household, homeschooling, running a business from the kitchen table, or all three at once.
The Steady Hub is a library of practical resources for sustainable productivity, video trainings, templates, and tools to organise your home and business in a way that works with your actual life, not against it.
Not just systems to set up, but a different way of thinking about what’s actually going to make a difference.
Pick what you need. Watch it, apply it. Add more later. Easier than making a mixtape.
Each pack includes a short video training plus templates you can use straight away.

You’re wildly capable, but the systems you’ve tried so far, haven’t stuck.
You somehow still feel like you never fully received the adulting handbook.
You want a life that feels intentional instead of reactive.
Clear instead of chaotic. (Okay, listen, can’t promise no chaos. My home is chaos sometimes. I roll with it. Back to you.)
You’re not trying to be a superwoman, you just want your days to feel doable, easier, smoother, and save some time to spend elsewhere, because why is everything taking for-everrr!? You need:
✹ Rhythms that flex when kids get sick or that big project overruns.
✹ Systems that don’t collapse if you miss a day, and actually work for longer than two weeks.
✹ With enough mental space left to actually enjoy the people and projects you care about.
If you’re reading this nodding…
Then hi, you are exactly who I built The Steady Hub for.
Do I even need systems?
Short answer: yes. If you want life to feel easier. Sure, not everyone does, but if you’re here, I just have a feeling your life will be easier with some form of structure, rhytmn, or routine.
“But systems sound boring AF!?”
No, I know, but I do things a little differently. They don’t have to be boring, and they can suit the way your brain works!
Systems in my world are just rhythms, routines, and even tiny processes that work together, and you can create one anywhere you do something regularly.
Call it something else if you want!
With simple systems, you instantly reduce:
✹ Decision fatigue
✹ “Where do I even start?” task paralysis
✹ The clutter you’re holding on to in that brilliant brain of yours
✹ The rising panic when something else gets added to your to-do list outside of your control
✹ The morning chaos, because you wake up knowing you have a sense of what you need to crack on with
And what you get in return for setting up those systems is:
✹ Hours back each week as tasks become quicker and easier
✹ Visibility on the unseen labour
✹ A way to rest more, and more deeply
✹ A home that stays “tidy enough” without your constant effort
✹ Actual capacity for the things you want to do
And wherever you start, it can have an impact.
You already have lots of information, what you need is more structure to hold it, and action it.
I will give the systems and structure to hold you.
✘ I’m not a chef.
✔ But I can help you set up a meal system that stops you having to pop to the shops and saves hours every week.
✘ I’m not a social media strategist.
✔ But I can help you build a simple marketing rhythm you can maintain in limited hours.
✘ I’m not a professional organiser.
✔ But I can help you create home systems that keep things “tidy enough” without constant effort.
✘ I’m not a child development expert.
✔ But I can help you set up kid routines, visuals, and transitions that support smoother days.
✘ I’m not a business coach.
✔ But I can help you organise your ideas, projects, and delivery processes so your brain isn’t doing all the heavy lifting.
Got questions? Fair enough.
What exactly is in each pack? Each pack includes a short video training and templates you can use straight away — Notion templates, printables, or both depending on the pack. Everything is clearly labelled so you know what you’re getting before you buy.
How long are the videos? Short. We’re talking 20-40 minutes, not a six-week course. You can watch in one sitting, pause and come back, or just skip to the bit you need.
Do I need any special apps or subscriptions? Nope. The templates work in Notion (free plan is fine), Canva (free plan is fine), or as printable PDFs. Nothing fancy required.
Can I buy just one pack? Absolutely. Buy one thing, see how it goes, come back when you’re ready for more. Everything is yours to keep however you buy it.
How does the bundle discount work? Add 3 or more packs and your discount is applied automatically at checkout. The more you add, the more you save.
Is this only for parents or people who run a business? Neither, actually. Some packs are more relevant if you have kids or a business, and those are clearly labelled. But most of it is just for anyone with a full life and not enough hours.
What if I already bought Time Buckets?
Look for a discount in your emails!
Hey, I’m Amanda
I’m a home educating mum to three, and a business owner. I’ve wanted to be both since I was little.
I’ve been through various iterations of the business thing.
I have a design background, my 1st business started with stationery, for kids and grown-ups, then I went on to branding & design for small businesses. I ran a programme called The Joyful Brand Club, helping people build a business that actually felt good. This time round, my business started the other way round. People would visit and say, “When are you going to start selling all this…” as they gestured around at the systems I’d put in place for my home and life.
Throughout it all, the threads that ran through all my businesses were productivity, organisation, systems, making them feel doable and dare I say it… fun too!
Get faster at what you don’t love. Save hours. Spend them on what you do love.
Lighten your load, ease the mental clutter, and stop living in permanent
catch-up mode – without waking earlier
