Your ambition deserves a fighting chance, not to be buried under the weight of life and work logistics.
You’re watching other people build the lives they want, businesses, the creative projects, calm mornings, and apparently, everyone else’s kids just pick up after themselves. Jealousy isn’t exactly the word… women supporting women and all that. But you do find yourself thinking…
“How on earth are they doing that?”
Even the people putting out content saying, “It’s ok to slow down,” are putting out content, so clearly they’re still managing.
But your days feel like a never-ending cycle of laundry, popping to the shops, interruptions, invisible labour, and trying to squeeze your own goals into the leftover crumbs of time.
You want those things too, and you want to feel good, not burn yourself out whilst doing it.
You should get to build the life you’ve been imagining.
You’re just carrying more on your shoulders than most people even realise, which means you have to approach time, energy, and systems differently.
And let’s be honest, social media is a lie sometimes, but that’s another story.
Adulthood didn’t look this hard in the brochures.
Right?
You’re wildly capable, but the systems you’ve tried so far, haven’t stuck.
You somehow still feel like you never fully received the adulting handbook.
You want a life that feels intentional instead of reactive.
Clear instead of chaotic. (Okay, listen, can’t promise no chaos. My home is chaos sometimes. I roll with it. Back to you.)
You’re not trying to be a superwoman, you just want your days to feel doable, easier, smoother, and save some time to spend elsewhere, because why is everything taking for-everrr!? You need:
✹ Rhythms that flex when kids get sick or that big project overruns.
✹ Systems that don’t collapse if you miss a day, and actually work for longer than two weeks.
✹ With enough mental space left to actually enjoy the people and projects you care about.
If you’re reading this nodding…
Then hi, you are exactly who I built The Steady Club for.
Because you know you don’t have to earn rest, you know your worth isn’t determined by how much you checked off your to-do list…
But you still need to eat, the mess is making your eye twitch, and there’s so much going on in your head you don’t know whether you’re coming or going.
So what are you actually meant to do? Practically speaking.
There must be a way to make it work, right?
Modern life is chaotic
at the best of times
Add neurodivergence or parenting into the mix, and it’s multiplied.
It’s not your imagination. And no, not everyone is finding it easier than you.
Some days are loud, unpredictable, dysregulating… and just, a lot.
But I know things get easier with the right systems.
Not perfect days, but better ones.
Smoother, less reactive, more intentional.
You don’t want to be a superhero.
You want to be supported. Supported by people
and supported by systems.
That’s where The Steady Club comes in.
First, let’s dream for a minute, what it would look like if we had rhythms & systems that worked for us…
Your routines flex instead of breaking.
If you don’t manage your perfect morning routine, the day won’t fall apart. Your systems support even when life gets wild.
You end the day proud, not guilty.
You stop measuring your worth by how much you got done, and also start noticing how much you already do.
Your ambition gets to shine.
You start making the impact you want to have with your work. You don’t have to choose.
You get the important things checked off.
Maybe not everything, but the things that matter. And your home environment feels more peaceful because of it.
You’re present for the moments that matter to you.
Without so much mental clutter, you’re more *there* in the moment, when it matters most.
That is what I offer in The Steady Club:
+ A personal plan to start with
+ An un-get-behind-able pic-n-mix course library
+ Direct support in Slack
You’ll choose three categories, to focus on over three months.
90 DAYS, starting January 5th.
Before I break down everything included…
Meet the people I built The Steady Club for
Which one feels most like you? Maybe you see a little bit of yourself in all three.
The Overdoer
AKA: The one who doesn’t sit down, everything is done with an unsustainable frenetic energy.
She struggles to rest and feels like she should always be doing something. She and multitasking are besties.
Hover for more…
The Dreamer
AKA: Dopamine seeker, dreams of things being different, doesn’t know where to start.
She’d rather chew off her own arm than follow a rigid plan, and if crafts are an option, she’ll choose that over chores, any day.
Hover for more…
The Perfectionist
AKA: Overdoes it, can’t maintain it, anxiety in her chest, panics, spirals in the kitchen and cries.
She creates detailed plans, and loves it, then feels disappointed when she can’t maintain them and ditches everything.
Hover for more…
Each has different challenges, but one thing they all have in common? Lack of time, so…
The Steady Club is not a giant course. It’s practical, actionable, pick-and-mix resources & support that actually fits into your busy life.
As a productivity strategist who works 10-12 hours a week in my business, around home educating my three kids, I know that when time is pinched, what you need most is clarity and to focus on only the things that matter at that time, without getting sidetracked.
You don’t need something else to ADD to your list, you need a way to take things off it!
Which is why The Steady Club is made up of these three things:
ONE
Your Personal Plan
The linchpin of The Steady Club, because you know what they say about a man without a plan, and it’s true for women too. You’ll get clear on exactly which areas to tackle, as well as break it down to ensure you get it completed. AI assistance available, but optional.
TWO
The Resource Library
A members only library of information covering 12 categories. Each contains a video explanation, templates, downloads and recommendations on exactly how to set-up your systems in each area, to take out the guesswork.
THREE
Support in Slack
Light accountability and support in a Slack group, a space to chat with other members and get direct voice note advice from me. to keep you on track, plus a “Get It Done,” session at the end of each month. Take part as much or as little as you like.
ONE
Your Personal Plan
With a pre-work unit that everyone takes part in, you’ll shape your own personal plan.
I’ll take you through a series of questions to help you establish where the bottlenecks are, what causes most stress and where you’re going to get the biggest wins.
You then decide on the three areas you’d like to focus on, and you’ll go through a process to further break down the areas into actionable chunks.
An AI helper is available to help you if you’d like to use it.
This will form the basis of the work throughout the 90 days, and help me, to help you, stay accountable.
Time needed: approx. 1-2 hours
TWO
The Resource Library
A practical, pick-and-mix set of systems for the life you’re actually living. Think of this as your one-stop home for everything that makes life + work run smoother.
Inside, you’ll find 12 categories, each one focused on a different part of your day-to-day reality: home, food, planning, work, kids, focus, energy, and more.
Each category comes with:
✹ A short “how-to” video explainer, with various options for you
✹ Canva templates
✹ Notion templates
✹ Recommendations + examples so you’re never guessing
To keep it doable, you won’t work on all 12 at once.
You’ll choose 3 areas to focus on over the next 3 months.
Time needed: It’s really hard to guess, but expect to send about 6-10 hours on taking action on your plan each month, but it could be only 1 hour a week, it depends on your capacity. The plan will take this into account. The time you save will be worth it.
Daily routines & rhythms
Weekly focus & planning
Integrated task systems
Sharing the mental & physical load
Home & cleaning systems
Meal planning & food systems
Kids systems & connection
Focus, distraction & lost time
Business goal & direction planning
Business delivery & client systems
Marketing & visibility systems
Care, capacity & sustainability
THREE
Support in Slack
Support that makes this whole thing work even when life is lifeing.
You’re not doing this alone. The Steady Club is intentionally designed for women with limited time, limited capacity, and a lot on their shoulders. Support is built in, but quietly, consistently, and without pressure.
✹ A-sync support in Slack
Drop questions, wins, stuck points, voice notes, or “tell me where to start” moments. I respond within 24 hours Mon–Thurs.
✹ System reviews via voice note + text
In Slack, you can send me a screenshot, a messy board, or a half-formed idea of a system and I’ll help you simplify it and make it actually workable for real life. Troubleshooting? I got you.
✹ Monthly Get It Done sessions over Zoom
Light accountability. A calm space to make progress on your 3 focus areas each month, without needing childcare or a perfect house. So if you’ve not managed to get it all sorted that month, we’ll finish the month off with a 1.5 hour session to try and get it sorted together over Zoom.
✹ A group of people who really get it
Not the “do more faster” crowd. the “we’re carrying a lot, let’s make it lighter” crowd. You’ll feel seen here. I’ve had people who have been in my space for years, it’s always a great group.
If right now you’re thinking…
“I wouldn’t know where to start.”
You don’t need anything set up yet, I’ll take you through the process, we’ll work on three areas for the whole 90 days, and I’m here for support the whole way.
“I’m not organised enough for this”
You don’t need to be a naturally organised person, I’ll help you along and I have lots of techniques to work through demand avoidance.
I don’t have time for this…
Think what you could get back.
That’s exactly why TSC exists. Expect 1–2 hours to set up your plan, then it could be as little as 1 hour a week to save several!
“I’m gonna fall behind,”
It’s pretty hard to fall behind with this, because everyone is on a different path, it will work to your own personal capacity.
“I really resist structure tbh, I prefer to go with the flow!”
I hear you, and how’s that working out babes? But more seriously, I build flex into everything so that helps.
“I’ve got ADHD, I struggle to stay focused.”
It’s not easy, I know it’s not, we have neurodivergence aplenty in our family, and I have lots of ND folks who have worked with me. These methods take that into account.

All you have to do is send me an email before Sunday December 14th to let me know you’re interested but not ready to sign up. Do I even need systems?
Short answer: yes. If you want life to feel easier. Sure, not everyone does, but if you’re here, I just have a feeling your life will be easier with some form of structure, rhytmn, or routine.
“But systems sound boring AF!?”
No, I know, but I do things a little differently. They don’t have to be boring, and they can suit the way your brain works!
Systems in my world are just rhythms, routines, and even tiny processes that work together, and you can create one anywhere you do something regularly.
Call it something else if you want!
With simple systems, you instantly reduce:
✹ Decision fatigue
✹ Overwhelm from too many steps
✹ “Where do I even start?” task paralysis
✹ The clutter you’re holding on to in that brilliant brain of yours
✹ The rising panic when something else gets added to your to-do list outside of your control
✹ The morning chaos, because you wake up knowing you have a sense of what you need to crack on with
And what you get in return for setting up those systems is:
✹ Hours back each week as tasks become quicker and easier
✹ Visibility on the unseen labour
✹ A way to rest more, and more deeply
✹ A home that stays “tidy enough” without your constant effort
✹ Actual capacity for the things you want to do
And wherever you start, it can have an impact.
The TWELVE categories
These key areas link together, and establishing a system in one area, can have an impact in another.
Daily Rhythms & Routines
Create flexible daily flow that helps your home and brain feel less chaotic. Learn what to do, when.
Weekly Focus & Planning
Set up your calendar, weekly anchors, and focus days so your week has direction. Weekend reset too.
Integrated task systems
Stop holding everything in your head, set up systems to capture, organise, and actually do your tasks.
Sharing the Mental & Physical Load
Systems that shift invisible labour off your shoulders, with recommendations and shared responsibility setups.
Home & Cleaning Systems
Light, doable systems that help your space stay “tidy enough” without feeling like a second job.
Meal Planning & Food Systems
Plan, shop, and cook with less stress. Build repeatable food routines that save decision-fatigue + time.
Kids Systems & Connection
Visual schedules, routines, nd-friendly supports, and connection-focused tools that help your days run smoother.
Focus, Distraction & Lost Time
Reduce leaks in attention, build rituals that help you start, and reclaim the minutes that slip away without noticing.
Business Goal & Direction Planning
Ways to organise your ideas, priorities, and projects, so you always know what you’re working toward.
Business Delivery & Client Systems
Streamlined workflows for onboarding, delivering, and wrapping your client work
Marketing & Visibility Systems
Build repeatable, low-pressure processes to capture ideas, plan content, and stay visible.
Wellbeing, Capacity & Sustainability
Support your energy, rest, and wellbeing through systems that protect your capacity instead of draining it.
If you’re thinking that 12 categories sounds like a lot, read this:
You’re not one-dimensional, and neither is your life.
You have multiple moving parts; home, work, kids, energy, focus, and they all interact with each other, whether you want them to or not.
And we’re not all living the same lives, either.
What feels overwhelming for you right now might not be what someone else is working on. Every season has a different pressure point. But don’t worry, you’re only working on three to start.
I look at productivity and systems holistically. The areas swirl together and a change in one area can impact another area:
✹ If mornings run more smoothly, you step into your first meeting calm and not already behind.
✹ When the house feels “tidy enough”, your brain quiets down so you can actually focus when it’s time to work.
✹ When dinner is already decided, it stops stealing mental space in the afternoon.
✹ When your tasks live in a system you can add to instead of your head, you free up energy to be present with your family later.
✹ When your business ideas are organised, your focus improves when you sit down to work.
✹ When your kids are more regulated, because they can see what’s happening next, YOU feel better too.
✹ When you get even small pockets of rest, everything else becomes easier, decisions, patience, creativity, all of it.
Tiny wins have an impact on other areas.
That’s why The Steady Club looks at the whole picture, not just one part of it.
But you’re probably not lacking information.
You know a lot of the things you need to do already.
+ You’ve saved the recipes.
+ You’ve screenshotted the workouts.
+ You’ve bookmarked the social media advice.
You’re not short on information. You’re short on implementation.
Something that makes things easier without relying on a sudden burst of motivation, a free week (which never comes) or extreme discipline.
You already have lots of information, what you need is more structure to hold it, and action it.
I will give the systems and structure to hold you.
✘ I’m not a chef.
✔ But I can help you set up a meal system that stops you having to pop to the shops and saves hours every week.
✘ I’m not a social media strategist.
✔ But I can help you build a simple marketing rhythm you can maintain in limited hours.
✘ I’m not a professional organiser.
✔ But I can help you create home systems that keep things “tidy enough” without constant effort.
✘ I’m not a child development expert.
✔ But I can help you set up kid routines, visuals, and transitions that support smoother days.
✘ I’m not a business coach.
✔ But I can help you organise your ideas, projects, and delivery processes so your brain isn’t doing all the heavy lifting.
Hey, I’m Amanda
I’m a home educating mum to three, and a business owner. I’ve wanted to be both since I was little.
I’ve been through various iterations of the business thing.
I have a design background, my 1st business started with stationery, for kids and grown-ups, then I went on to branding & design for small businesses. I ran a programme called The Joyful Brand Club, helping people build a business that actually felt good. This time round, my business started the other way round. People would visit and say, “When are you going to start selling all this…” as they gestured around at the systems I’d put in place for my home and life.
Throughout it all, the threads that ran through all my businesses were productivity, organisation, systems, making them feel doable and dare I say it… fun too!
WORKING WITH ME
Although this is the first time running The Steady Club, I have other nice things to share that people have said about buying from or working with me.
So here are some people who have worked with me previously AND bought Time Buckets:
Get faster at what you
don’t love. Save hours. Spend them on what
you do love.
Lighten your load, ease the mental clutter, and stop living in permanent
catch-up mode – without waking earlier
WORKING WITH ME: Meet Amy
About
An animal-loving human, a investigative officer, working shifts, my sister, and a mum to a one and a four-year-old, Amy has been getting productivity advice from me for years, and recently implemented Time Buckets.
Before
“I felt so stressed, running around the house, working, laundry, making food, getting kids sorted. I work shifts and it means I feel a bit all over the place juggling two kids, work and everything else.“
After
“I feel much more on top of things than I did before, when I notice something is not happening that needs to, I can add it to my Time Buckets and know it will get done. I feel less chaotic, and like I’m allowed to rest too.”
Answering the questions you might be asking!
What do you mean by un-get-behind-able?
The plan is personalised to you, which means you can pick it up whenever you want. The 90 days of support is spacious enough to give you time to fit it in when you can. Although I suggest one category a month to help you manage it, you can pause and pick it back up.
When will it open again?
I can’t say for sure, perhaps in February to join for March. I want to get the first group up and running first. As my first members, you will get more of me as I shape it.
Will the price stay the same?
I can’t say for sure, I’m really sorry, I like to be upfront with these things, but I also don’t want to be dishonest, at this current time I don’t know.
I won’t say “it will go up next time so definitely join now,” but this will be the cheapest it ever is if that helps?!
Will other people be joining later?
I hope so!
I’m not sure when it will be open again, but the idea long-term is that it will be open every month or every two months for people to join at the beginning of the following month.
Is this only for parents?
No, there are lots of reasons people struggle with setting up systems, and are overwhelmed with life. Although there are elements that include children, and I often talk about it as I’m a home educating mum, it is still relevant if you don’t have children. So as long as you’re ok with that, then I’d love to have you.
Is this only for women?
I think the way in which I market primarily attracts women, but this is also relevant for primary parents, or default parents, and for gender-expansive folks who would like to join.
Do I only get accesss to the three areas I choose?
No not at all, you’re more than welcome to watch all the videos and use all the templates, but we’ll focus on getting three set up across the 90 days.
What happens after 90 days?
You can go on your way (hopefully) with systems set up in your three key areas.
If you’d like to stay on, you can renew for another 90 days at a reduced rate (TBC) as long as the programme is still live.
Can I get a refund?
EU/UK laws grant a 14-day right to withdraw from digital contracts, and as you don’t have immediate access to anything this round, yes, if before the 14 days you decide you’d like to not join in after all, then you can request a refund by emailing me at amanda@unmuddled.co.
After that time, then no.
Do I have to have a business to make use of this?
No you don’t! There are only three busines specific categories. You can define ambition how you like, perhaps you’re ambitious to get out the door on time!
A quick recap of the key details
